We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party service providers.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Travel involves inherent risks, and you acknowledge that you travel at your own risk. We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance and consulting with healthcare providers regarding travel-related health considerations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
